Return, Damages and Exchanges
How do I exchange or return an item?
Returns will only be accepted if an order was filled incorrectly or the item is defective. A return authorizations number is required for all returns and is valid for 20 days from the date of issue. Packages returned beyond the 20 day period or without authorization are subject to refusal.
All cartons must be marked with the return authorization number and shipped prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D's. Items that are not defective or shipping in error will be returned to a dealer. Unsold product is not considered for returns. However, if an exception is made, there would be a restocking charge of 25% with a minimum of $10.00 if the product is returned within 20 days. Otherwise higher charges may apply
